Rotaract is a community of young adults aged 18 to 35 who are passionate about making a positive impact while building meaningful friendships, developing leadership skills, and having an incredible time along the way.
At Auckland City Rotaract, members enjoy a balance of service, professional development, and social connection. Throughout the year, Rotaract organises a wide range of activities, including:
• Hands-on community service projects that make a real difference.
• Fundraising initiatives supporting local and international causes.
• Social events where members build genuine friendships and create lasting memories.
• Networking opportunities with young professionals and experienced Rotary leaders.
• Leadership opportunities where members plan events, lead projects, and shape the future of the club.
• Opportunities to collaborate with other Rotaract and Rotary clubs across New Zealand and internationally.
One of the things that makes Rotaract so special is that it is entirely member-led. Members decide what projects to pursue, what social events to organise, and what impact they want to create. It is a place where young people are trusted with real responsibility while being supported by an incredible network of like-minded people.
For many former Interactors, Rotaract becomes much more than a volunteer organisation. It becomes a community of lifelong friends, mentors, and opportunities that continues well beyond school.
