Congratulations to Antonia Rhind-Rushton for being selected to show her artwork "A body made of borrowed earth" in the Pat Hanly Art Awards at Auckland Art Gallery. We had 9 students enter the submission process from Waitākere College this year, with only one entry from each secondary school in the Auckland region being accepted to show in the exhibition. You can see Antonia's work on display at the Auckland gallery until the 13th of September. 

We have the remaining entries on display in the staffroom currently. These works were created by Connie Cao, Amber Cullen, Noelle Senne, Heidi Chambers, Ezekiel Taumoepeau and Maddi Skelling
